About Movement Flow

Flow often describes the mental state in which a person is engaged in an activity where they are fully immersed with a feeling of energized focus, involvement, and success in the process of the activity. It’s the same with physical activity. When breathe and movement are united in a flow, the possibility of an ideal physical activity is offered. Movement Flow is a composite series of flowing movements to calm and rhythmic music. The form is inspired by Nia, Yoga, Animal Flow and Moveoo.

About 9Motions

9Motions is a movement form that gives you the possibility to express your range of movement, stretch your range of flexibility, your range of balance, your mobility and it strengthens your heartbeat. When joining 9Motions training, you can be sure there will be change.

About Turning In

Slowing down, turning inwards – a recipe for a restful sleep. Releasing the weight of bones and melting muscles using tune up balls - the rhythm of a soft connected breath.

About Checking In

Sitting, breathing, checking in with yourself.

About Surrender 9Motions

To surrender is to experience yourself- with all that is. Using a soft breath, slow integrating movements to connect and addressing what needs to be released.

About Yin Yoga

Compared with more familiar “yang” practices, yin classes have a much slower pace. From a physical standpoint, yin postures are all about release. Postures and breathwork focus on manipulating the fascia—the deep connective tissues that fit like a sleeve around muscle groups and individual muscles. By slowly loading various types of connective tissues with weight and maintaining long static holds, Yin Yoga aims to train muscular fascia to become more flexible and ligaments that support joints to become stronger.

Isabella dos Santos

A massage therapist/ body worker and movement facilitator for over 30 years. A black belt NIA instructor (Neuromuscular integrative action) for decades, Isabella has through her immense experience created her own brand of healing through movement. Creating body treatments and spa concepts throughout the world for Six Senses, Four Seasons, Taj Hotels, Kempinskij and Sujan Luxury hotels.

Believing and searching for freedom and expression in all the facets of moving through life.

Isabella is a passionate student and practitioner of Biodynamic breath-work, giving individual and group bodywork and breath sessions.Presently, Isabella is facilitating yoga, restorative and dance classes in Stockholm.


Sabine Itze

Sabine has more than 30 years of experience of working as a coach, trainer and instructor within mind & body and self leadership training. Her ideal state of being is to move, rest and use her breathing in an equally effortless way. When you work with her, you will have the possibility to express your range of motion and stretch your range of movement through motion, yoga, meditation, music and rhythm.
